Portugal midfielder Deco decided to retire from international football after World Cup 2010 in South Africa. Deco will end his cycle at the end of the World Cup. Deco started his football career in Portugal in a friendly against his native country, Brazil, in March 2003. Deco has won 72 cups for Portugal. He played with the Portugal national team in European championship in 2004 and 2008 and the World Cup in 2006.
"The responsibility is always great. For me the team (World Cup) in 2006 had many experiences while today many teams enter the younger players. Technically they are the same," The 32 years old player said.
